What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” – Jane Goddall

I partner with senior leaders, founders, investors, high potentials, and leadership teams who carry real responsibility – and need to make decisions that honour who they are - and the future they want to help shape.

My clients come to coaching at pivotal moments: when direction needs to shift, when priorities are being questioned, when collaboration is strained, when scaling brings new complexity, or when change is underway but clarity hasn’t yet arrived.

These are not abstract conversations. They’re grounded in urgency, consequence, and opportunity - knowing that every decision made today shapes what’s possible tomorrow.

Sometimes I offer perspective, sometimes a tool, sometimes just the question that lands at the right moment. There’s no script from the shelf - just the work that needs to happen to move things forward.

The people I coach don’t shy away from complexity. They’re willing to ask the deeper questions, and to act on what they find.

What I stand for

Challenge what is, energize what’s possible, and spark momentum for insight and action.

  • I believe in thought partnership that challenges and supports.
  • In candid reflection and intentional clarity that leads to action.
  •  In making space for what matters – without losing direction, humour or yourself along the way.

I care deeply about people finding their inner ground – aligning with who they are at their best, and choosing to lead from that place.

Approach

My approach is grounded in solutions, strengths and systemic perspective. I’m trained and certified in a range of approaches, including:

  • Systemic Organisational Development & Coaching
  • CliftonStrengths (Gallup) and strengths-based team development (e2grow, Strengths Profile)
  • Positive Psychology Coaching, grounded in the science of well-being and sustainable performance
  • Solution-Focused Coaching and brief strategic interventions
  • Positive Intelligence and self-leadership practices
  • Immunity to Change Process (Harvard) and mindset transformation
  • Negotiation and decision-making frameworks
  • Psychometric tools such as Hogan Assessments, EQ-i 2.0, and VIA-IS
  • Coach & Team Supervision (EMCC)

These methods are always tailored to the specific context.

  • Facilitating team offsites to (re)align direction, energy and action
  • Assessing founder teams to surface risks, gaps and potential

Background

With an academic background in economics and philosophy, I’ve spent the past 25 years working at the intersection of leadership, entrepreneurship and human dynamics.

My earlier career shaped how I work today: in strategy consulting (Bain, Solon, Skillnet) with focus on the TMT-industry, international HR leadership at Scholz & Friends, and as an advisor (Referentin) and speechwriter to board members and political leaders in the health and life sciences sector.

Over the years, I’ve co-founded and led multiple ventures in the coaching & development field. I also co-lead a university-based team coaching program and supervise senior coaches in their development.

I work internationally, in person and online.
